Gujarat NEET UG 2024 Counselling: Round 2 registration deadline today; security fee

The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC) will close the registration window for Gujarat National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET UG) round 2 counselling today, September 13. Candidates who qualified for the medical entrance test can participate in Gujarat NEET UG 2024 round 2 counselling through the official website, medadmgujarat.org.



Candidates must register and purchase their PIN online by this date to participate in the second round of counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions.

Following registration, candidates must undergo document verification at designated help centres. The Gujarat NEET UG round 2 seat allotment will be based on merit, the choices submitted, and the availability of seats.

To register for Gujarat NEET UG 2024 counselling, candidates must purchase a PIN online by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000. Additionally, they must pay a security deposit of Rs 10,000 to participate in the counselling process.

After completing the online registration for Gujarat NEET UG 2024 counselling, candidates must schedule an appointment at a help center for document verification and submission of self-attested photocopies. The deadline for completing the document verification and submitting the required photocopies is September 14, 2024, by 12 pm.

  1. Provisional Merit List: Based on the registrations, a provisional merit list is usually published. This list helps determine the candidates eligible for Round 2 counseling.
  2. Choice Filling and Locking: Eligible candidates must fill out and lock their preferred choices of courses and colleges within a given deadline. This step is crucial as the allotment will be based on these preferences.
  3. Seat Allotment: After the choice filling, the authorities will conduct the seat allotment process based on the candidate's merit, category, and the choices they have locked. The seat allotment result will be published online.
  4. Payment of Fees: Once a seat is allotted, candidates must pay the required tuition and admission fees to confirm their seat.
  5. Reporting to the Allotted College: After the seat allotment and payment, candidates must report to the allotted college within the specified time with all necessary documents for verification.
