CLAT 2025 Registrations To Begin From July 15, Check Details To Apply

Registration for the Common Law Admission Test 2025 (CLAT 2025) will begin on  15 July  2024.  Interested and eligible candidates who wish to take   the exam can apply by visiting the official website,  consortiumofnlus.ac.in.  The deadline for applications is  October 15 , 2024. The exam is scheduled to be held on  December 1  this year. The entrance exam is held  for admission to  undergraduate and postgraduate law programs offered by 22  NLUs and other participating institutes. The Supreme Court heard a batch of pleas in connection with the NEET UG 2024 paper leak case today, July 18, 2024. During the hearing, the bench comprising Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala, and Justice Manoj Mishra directed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to publish the NEET UG 2024 examination results on their website, ensuring the anonymity of candidates by masking identities city-wise and center-wise. The Apex Court has directed NTA to declare the NEET UG 2024 results by 12 noon on July 20, 2024. During the hearing, the CJI addressed the admitted leaks at Patna and Hazaribagh and stressed the need to determine whether the breach was widespread. He also acknowledged that students are disadvantaged because they do not know their results. The CJI suggested masking student identities while displaying center-wise mark patterns to ensure transparency and maintain integrity in the examination process. The Economic Times has reported that this year's National Eligibility-and-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2024 examination, which  was previously scheduled to be conducted on June  23, was postponed at the last minute due to credible intelligence inputs suggesting potential 'impersonation' or manipulation attempts in the examination. Even though there was no actual 'leak' involving the computer-based PG medical entrance test, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBE), which conducts the test, received information that indicated a significant risk of being compromised, stated a media report. The hearing of petitions filed in the Supreme Court against the alleged paper leak in NEET UG 2024 has been postponed to July 18 , marking a significant date for the next update.  A bench led by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud  will hear a series of petitions concerning the controversial NEET-UG 2024 medical entrance exam. These include pleas alleging irregularities and malpractices during the May 5 test and seeking a fresh examination.
