Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate must be a citizen of India. Aspirants for Haryana MBBS admission 2023 may be NRI, OCI, or PIO.
- The applicant must legitimately live in Haryana.
- By December 31, 2023, the medical aspirant must be 17 years old.
- Candidates must have passed the intermediate or equivalent examination from a recognized institution with core subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
- Students must mandatorily pass individually in the subjects mentioned above, scoring at least 50% in marks (for general candidates). Applicants from the reserved category must secure 40% in all subjects, whereas PWD students must secure 45%.
- Candidates must qualify for the (NEET) National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
- To qualify for NEET 2023, students must obtain the minimum qualifying percentile of 50 for the general category; for SC/ST/OBC and PWD students, it is 40 and 45, respectively.

Haryana NEET Counselling 2023 Procedure
Applicants can visit the Department of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana's official portal to register for NEET 2023 Haryana State Counselling. We have mentioned the process of counselling step by step below.
- Based on the mop-up round, which will be conducted manually, the first two rounds of counselling for Haryana MBBS/BDS admission 2023 will be conducted online.
- An invitation for a specific round of Haryana NEET-UG 2023 counselling will follow the new online registration.
- Depending upon the application received by the Department of Medical Education & Research ( DMER), Haryana will release the merit list after a particular Haryana NEET 2023 counselling round.
- The Haryana merit list 2023 will be category-specific and separately released for government-aided medical, dental, private, and dental colleges.
- Candidates for Haryana MBBS/BDS admissions in 2023 who are on the merit list must participate in the choice-filling process.
- Allotment of the seats will be done based on the Haryana merit list 2023 and the choice which the applicants will fill.
- An allotment letter will be sent for the seats assigned for enrollment in the Haryana MBBS/BDS programs; candidates can view the letter by logging into their accounts.
How to Apply
- Step 1Visit the official website as the first step for the candidate.
- Step 2: Select "New Registration" from the menu.
- Step 3 (Personal Information): Candidates must provide their data after successful account activation and registration. As you fill out the application, double-check that all the information is accurate.
- Step 4 (Upload Photo and Signature): After filling out the personal information, the candidate should scan and upload their full signature in Hindi and English (Not in Capital Letters) and a passport-size photo with high contrast (The photo must be snapped with a placard containing the student's name and snapping date). After adding a photo and signature, the "Save & Continue" button should be clicked.
- Step 5 (Educational Information): The candidate should type their educational information on the computer screen and tap the "Save & Continue" button after uploading their scanned photo and signature.
- Step 6 (Payment of Counseling Fee): After providing all the necessary information, candidates must continue with the payment. There will be no refund of the counselling fee.
- The following two methods are available for paying the counselling fee:
- a. Payment via Bank Challan: If a candidate wishes to pay the counselling fee by bank challan, they should choose the offline / NEFT Challan payment option from the mode that appears on a computer screen, download the challan, and then print and sign it.
- The counselling fee may be paid in person at any bank until the final appointed date using the NEFT method.
- b. Online Payment: If the student chooses to pay the Counselling Fee by Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, they must choose an online option from the available payment methods before clicking on the "Make the Payment." option.
- It should be made by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. In addition to the counselling fee, the candidate must pay a processing fee.

Seat Reservation
