Eligibility For Paramedical Courses After 12th
Students interested in pursuing careers in the Paramedical sector must meet the required eligibility criteria.
- You should have passed 12th from the science stream with biology from any acknowledged board with at least 50% marks.
- There is no minimum percentage for the diploma courses as every college has different criteria for the percentage.
- Some colleges even accept admission based on behalf of the percentage obtained in board exams.
- Most colleges either conduct their paramedical entrance exams or offer admission as per the marks scored in national or state-level entrance exams.

Admission Procedure
- Students need to visit the official website of the respective college/university where they wish to apply and fill in the online application form and submit the application fee. Some universities and colleges may accept only offline applications, for which you will have to physically visit the respective college and submit the application form along with a demand draft for the application fee amount.
- The application process for paramedical courses usually begins in the months of July and/or August every year. Applicants must keep a tab on the important dates of paramedical admissions for the university or college they are targeting.
- Since many colleges also take into account the entrance exam score, the merit list for paramedical admissions is based on your academic qualifications and grades, score in the entrance exam, etc., after which applicants need to appear for counseling sessions wherein seats are allotted to eligible and qualified candidates.
