Eligibility Criteria For This West BengalStudent Credit Card Scheme
- The maximum limit loan is Rs 10 Lacs.
- The student's age must not exceed 40 years.
- The minimum time a student must live in West Bengal is 10 years.
- The maximum repayment term for this loan is 15 years.
How To Apply For The West Bengal Student Credit Card
- This loan can be applied for by the State Cooperative Banks or its affiliated Central Cooperative Banks as well as District Central Cooperative Banks, private sector and public sector banks based in West Bengal.
- Students can apply online through the web portal. The higher education department will maintain it.
- You will need to apply at the educational institution where you were admitted.
- Your AADHAR Card, or Class X registration number, will need to be linked with the portal.
- A self-declaration will be required. This will be attached to your application form.
- Students who apply for this loan must upload their progress report cards.
