Eligibility Criteria

Achieving the Class 12 requirement in any stream: You are qualified to be admitted to BDes courses from an accredited educational board when you have completed high school. You can do this by direct admission into colleges or through various entrances and counselling afterwards.

• The Diploma of Design can pursue a BDes degree if you have completed your degree in design, which AICTE accredits. Candidates for this course must pass the entrance exam.

Admission to BDes are is mostly made via the entrance test. The process of admission via the entrance examination is explained below.

• BDes Admission is made through entrance exams such as AIEED SEED, DAT, etc., at numerous private and public universities all over India.

• Candidates must go to the official website of the entrance exam boards and then register themselves.

• After registration, applicants must fill out an application and submit numerous documents they need in the prescribed format.

• Candidates are required to pay the application fee and get a copy of the confirmation of their application form.

• Candidates must get their admit cards and then appear at the entrance test.

• Alongside entrance exams for BDes and personal interviews, other rounds such as Personal Interview and Portfolio presentation are a few of the crucial BDes admission conditions.

• The minimum age is 20 and 23 years for admission to BDes in NID and NIFT, respectively.
